Idaho State University officials confirmed the first case of H1N1 influenza in an ISU student Friday. “This was a mild to moderate case,” said Mike Doyle, a physician’s assistant and the assistant medical director of the Student Health Center. “H1N1 is less serious even than seasonal flu in those that are healthy individuals.
